Sessions are held by Reset Yoga, they have a variety of sessions to offer from fiery vinyasa to a juicy slow flows. Not sure what class you would like? Just pop us a message on theresetspace@gmail.com and we will help you discover what feels right for you.

Be assured that any class you decide to take you will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and recharged. No matter what is happening in your day to day life, these classes are great for letting go and restoring a healthy mind, body and spiritual self.

How does it work?

After you have purchased your session. You will be sent an email voucher including all the details of how to redeem your class (We will endeavour to send your voucher as soon as we can but please allow 2 working days to receive your online class purchase.)
