ABOUT OUR CLASSES

HATHA FLOW

Our Hatha Flow classes are deeply rooted within resetting your body. We use postures, alignment, breathing and imaginative sequencing to create a safe environment for our students.

We also offers a choice of modifications, encouraging the student to connect, love and listen to their body.

We want you to leave Reset Yoga feeling refreshed, relaxed and recharged. No matter what is happening in your day to day life, these classes are great for letting go and restoring a healthy mind, body and spiritual self. 


YOGA & CHILL

Our Yoga & Chill sessions are inspired by Yin Yoga and is a slow-paced style of yoga. Asanas (postures) are held for longer periods of time, ranging from one to 3 minutes (or in some cases five!)

It is perfect to really (REALLY) slow down the body and mind, especially if you are over stimulated with a mind that travels at a 100 miles per hour.

Yoga & Chill will usually consist of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body; hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine (these areas are especially rich in connective tissues), yoking the mind, body and soul for a SUPER restorative practice whilst quieting the mind.
