Are your kids ready for the Reset Summer Festival Adventure?

It’s fun, adventurous and entertaining: We kick-start the festival by getting our glow on with bio-degradable glitter tattoos, disco lights, bubbles and music before jumping full steam ahead into a Yoga flow with music and games.

Then it’s time to break for a mini-snack before leaping back into Yoga stories and adventures, creative Yoga dance, mini mindful relaxation exercises and imaginative crafts. 

This event is going to be jam packed AND your mini yogis will take home a little Reset Yoga gift!

Parents please note:

• You don’t miss out on the fun. This includes 50% off of your next Reset Yoga class!
• Please bring nut-free snacks, re-fillable water bottle and wear comfortable clothes.
• Full toilet facilities are available. No previous experience of Yoga is necessary. 
• The event is organised and run by Cheryl Fordham; 500hr qualified Yoga teacher and Children’s Yoga teacher with 14 Years experience teaching children.
• Fully insured, DBS checked, first aid trained.

We already run a bunch of successful kids’ yoga classes in Essex. Classes are fun and dynamic with younger children being taught through stories, games and adventure and older classes with flowing exciting sequences.

Available throughout the school day and after school clubs.
