There is something undeniably special about the summer time and we will be honouring the Summer Solstice with a night of sunset yoga and blissful relaxation. We will flow through a sequence of asanas (postures) that are especially great for reducing anxiety, stress and tension before a super relaxing yoga nidra, all aimed to make you feel Zen and completely refreshed. Plus you will take home a mini self care treat.
